The Performance Center covers a rehearsal hall (standard 1,200-seat staging) for 9 performance groups, theater, concert hall, piano rooms, pros making rooms, costumes room, archives, storage rooms, conference rooms living services area. The "white-cloud" alike building is built from the inspiration of Inner Mongolia particular culture arts, sketching a romantic arts palace from the prairie.
